Happy New Year 2018! Welcome to our first newsletter of 2018. We are excited by the promise of great things happening in the new year. We wish each of you peace and good health in the coming year.
We had a wonderful December with lots of holiday events for both Hanukkah and Christmas. We are very thankful for the visitors and entertainers who made the season “merry and bright.” The Christmas parties were particularly special with Santa visiting bringing his special joy to each of us attending.
We have great plans for 2018 and inside this newsletter you will see a report from Jen Campbell our Assistant Administrator about our strategic goals for 2018. We did very well in achieving our 2017 goals and have set new goals for 2018. We want to be better and better in our service delivery. The 2018 theme is The Year of the Customer-Back to Basics.
We have new regulations from the federal government and we are incorporating our compliance with these regulations into a back to basics approach to our care and customer service. We will keep you informed during the year on our progress.
