  2. If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?  American Chop Suey
  3. Before working at West View, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?  Worked in a restaurant for 20 years.  Started as a dishwasher, worked as a busboy, waited tables, was a bartender and then a cook.
